This course provides a brief overview of bookkeeping for beginners. It will define bookkeeping and explain its importance in managing financial records for individuals and businesses.
You will be introduced to:
- Fundamental concepts such as debits, credits, the accounting system ,and the double-entry system.
- Recording transactions in journals, ledgers, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Explain basic financial statements and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
