This is a three hour sessions, meeting two days- 1.5 hours each meeting to provide insight into the various legal structures for individuals interested or already involved in business. Learning how you structure your organization for growth and stability.

Presenter: Dr. Frances Cuffie, is a 20 year legal veteran specializing in business law and estates and trusts provides a wealth of “hands one” instruction and guidance. She has represented more than 500 corporations from entrepreneurship to corporations starting from zero to more than $8 million dollars in revenue.
