Structured for Success (Online Class)

Are you structured for success? this is a 1.5 hour class that is being offered twice in the month of March. It is designed to provide insight into the four major corporate structures. Participants will get a better understanding of which corporate structure would be best for them, individually, as a corporation. Please note this for ‘for-profit’ organizations only. (We will offer a non-profit class later in the year)
This class is for anyone who is already a corporation but not sure if they have selected the best format for their growth, financial protections both personally and professionally, and for individuals who have not yet taken that first step.

Come with an open mind. Come with your questions ready. Come prepared to dig a deep in order to grow big. Each class is $100.00. Class materials will be downloadable after registration and payment.

Note: This course will be offered in person in June with hands on activities for the development of actual charter documents and will be offered at $150.00 per person – 4 hours. One day. Date to be Announced.
